You can reach our ticket office located on the 1st floor by using the stairs. If you encounter difficulty accessing our office due to the absence of an elevator, please inform our staff via intercom during check-in that you need a ground floor service.
Opening hours:
We regret to inform you that due to illness, our ticket office is closed from May 4 to 10, 2026, so in-person and phone assistance will be unavailable during this period. You can still conveniently purchase tickets online at bfz.hu. Should you have any questions or requests, please contact us at rendeles@bfz.hu. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
