The Budapest Festival Orchestra, once again recognized as one of the world's top ten orchestras, is in need of a new harp and is reaching out to the community for support.

This exquisite and versatile instrument plays a vital role in the life of our orchestra. It embodies classical elegance, playful whimsy, and innovation. The harp is an integral part of our monumental symphonies, our community programs where we share the enchantment of music with young people and seniors, and it shines in the innovative compositions featured in our contemporary concerts.

"I witness the radiant smiles on children's faces when Ági Polónyi, the BFO's harpist, dressed as a princess, graces them with the sounds of this exquisite instrument. It brings tears of joy to my eyes," says BFO Patrons Ambassador Andrea Rényi.
