Conductor change on our concerts on 17-19 January

We are disappointed to have to announce that because of health problems, Robin Ticciati won’t be able to conduct his concerts next week with the Budapest Festival Orchestra.

However, we are delighted that the Swiss conductor Michel Tabachnik has agreed to step in. He was regularly invited by the Berlin Philharmonic and many other renowned international orchestras. He was companion and adviser of Herbert von Karajan. He was the chief conductor and music director of the Brussels Philharmonic from 2008-2015. The programme of our concert will remain unchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
