Born in Székesfehérvár (Western Hungary), Nikoletta Reinhardt began to learn to play the violin at the age of eight. Following her studies at the Musical Secondary School of Veszprém, she was admitted to the Teachers’ Training College of the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Győr, where she graduated as professor of violin. She continued her studies, already as a viola player, at the Franz Liszt Music Academy of Budapest,where she obtained her diploma with distinction in 1996. She started to play in the Budapest Festival Orchestra in 1994, where she is now member of the viola section.
