She was born in 1971 in Budapest. She started to play the violin at the age of 6 under Alice Király. At the Béla Bartók Secondary School of Music she studied with Teréz Pichner. At the Franz Liszt College of Music her tutors included Géza Kapás, Vilmos Szabadi and Ferenc Rados. She regularly participated in the master classes of Dénes Zsigmondy, Lóránd Fenyves and Ferenc Rados. She is concert master of the Erkel Ferenc Chamber Orchestra founded in 1985. Since 2002 she has been a member of the Pulzus String Quartet. As of 2003 she has been a member of the Budapest Festival Orchestra.

She has won prizes at the BFO’s Sándor Végh Competition on two occasions.

She has regularly participated at the Kaposvár International Chamber Music Festival. In 2012 she was guest concert master in Pécs, in the Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra. She gives several concerts annually on Baroque and classical (traditional) instruments as a member of the BFO as well as in other ensembles.
